Qualifications

• Previous reach truck or stand-up forklift experience preferred.
• Experience with high-level racking preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred; training may be provided.
• Ability to read product labels and inventory data accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork required.

Responsibilities

• Operate reach truck to move, store, replenish, and retrieve inventory safely.
• Place pallets on high-level rack and retrieve items as needed.
• Verify numbers, quantities, and locations using scanners or WMS.
• Complete equipment inspections at shift start and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Assist with loading/unloading and other general warehouse duties.
• Maintain a clean, organized, hazard-free work area and meet productivity goals.
• Follow safety policies and OSHA requirements.
• Collaborate with team to support daily distribution goals.
