The Program Manager of Reach & Rise Youth Mentoring at the Butler County Family YMCA builds the community’s understanding of the YMCA’s cause and impact through the development and implementation of an effective mentoring program that strives to make a difference in a child’s life. The Reach & Rise program is designed to provide guidance and group-based mentoring services to create safe, healthy, and meaningful relationships with youth and help them reach their full potential through the support of caring adults. Reach & Rise supports youth ages 6 to 17 that need the benefit of a positive adult role model.
