Global Medical Response is seeking a HAA Pilot for full-time duties in the Los Angeles area. The role involves coordinating with medical teams to transport patients, ensuring aircraft readiness and strict adherence to FAR and REACH requirements, while maintaining comprehensive records.

Ideal candidates will have substantial rotorcraft flight hours, an FAA Class II Medical Certificate, and an instrument rating.

Qualifications

• Must hold an FAA Rotorcraft Commercial Certificate and a valid FAA Class II Medical Certificate.
• Minimum 2,000 total flight hours and 2,000 helicopter hours.
• Experiences with helicopter PIC hours and turbine helicopter hours preferred.
• Instrument flight time and weight-compliant operations are required.
• Excellent regulatory documentation and communication with dispatch teams.

Responsabilités

• Work with medical experts to safely transport customers to and from locations.
• Ensure aircraft readiness, comply with FAR/REACH requirements, and maintain aircraft cleanliness.
• Maintain REACH and regulatory documentation accurately.
• Communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
• Provide shift-change information and update REACH change board details.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.

Pilot Incentives - This is pilot life at Global Medical Response:

Responsibilities

• Working with a team of medical expertstosafelytransport customers to and fromlocations and facilities
• Ensure aircraft readiness as described in the appropriate manuals, including all FAR and REACH requirements, and aircraft cleanliness duties
• Maintain accurate REACH and regulatory documentation and record keeping
• Effectively communicate and collaboratewith dispatch, flight crews,facilities,and partners
• Provide shift change info to successive pilot and team following protocol for recording REACH change board details
• Accountable tomaintainrequiredcertifications and ongoing training

Minimum Requirements

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate
• Helicopter instrument rating
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate
• 2,000 Total Flight Hours
• 2,000 Helicopter Hours
• 1,000 Helicopter PIC Hours
• 1,000 Turbine Helicopter Hours
• Minimum 200 Helicopter Night Flight Hours (Aided or Unaided)
• Minimum 100 cumulative hours of instrument flight time
• 230 pound weight limit with flight gear

Preferred Qualifications

• EC135/H135 Aircraft Experience
• High School Diploma/Equivalent or Higher
