Job summary

REACH Medical Holdings seeks a Helicopter Pilot to provide critical medical air transport services for REACH Air Medical Services’ customers. You will work within a safety-focused team to ensure aircraft readiness and compliant documentation, delivering fast, life-saving missions.

The role offers full-time hours, substantial pay potential, and pilot incentives including housing and bonus eligibility. Candidates should meet strict rotorcraft and flight-hour requirements and be prepared to operate

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include rotorcraft FAA commercial certificate, helicopter instrument rating and FAA Class II medical certificate.
• Flight hour requirements: 2,000 total hours, 2,000 helicopter hours, 1,000 helicopter PIC hours, 1,000 turbine hours.
• Night flight hours minimum of 200 (aided or unaided).
• Preferred: AS350/ H125 aircraft experience; high school diploma or higher.

Responsibilities

• Operate as part of a medical air transport team to safely move patients between locations.
• Ensure aircraft readiness per manuals and regulatory requirements, including FAR/REACH standards.
• Maintain accurate regulatory documentation and handover records.
• Coordinate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities and partners for efficient missions.
• Provide shift-change information following REACH protocols.

Responsibilities

• Working with a team of medical expertstosafelytransport customers to and fromlocations and facilities
• Ensure aircraft readiness as described in the appropriate manuals, including all FAR and REACH requirements, and aircraft cleanliness duties
• Maintain accurate REACH and regulatory documentation and record keeping
• Effectively communicate and collaboratewith dispatch, flight crews,facilities,and partners
• Provide shift change info to successive pilot and team following protocol for recording REACH change board details
• Accountable tomaintainrequiredcertifications and ongoing training
