Job summary

Lineage Logistics in McAllen, TX is seeking a qualified forklift operator to move products and materials in a safe, compliant environment. You will operate stand-up reach forklifts, load and unload pallets, and perform routine maintenance while following all safety standards.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills.
• Ability to understand instructions in the required language.
• Able to work in temperatures from -20°F to 100°F in cold or dry storage while using PPE.

Responsibilities

• Put away palletized units by lifting forks for placement into racks above floor height.
• Pick palletized units out of rack locations above floor height and set up for outbound shipment.
• Choose and record materials, weight, counts, and condition of food items via RF system.
• Load and unload materials on and off pallets, skids, or lifting device.
• Complete daily forklift maintenance/check sheet.
• Monitor battery charge, maintain, and clean batteries, and leave material handling equipment at the proper charging station.
