Express Employment Covina, CA is seeking a Stand-Up Forklift Operator for our client in City of Industry. The role involves driving stand-up forklifts, loading/unloading, and using RF scanners and WMS to manage inventory in a climate-controlled warehouse.

Ideal candidates will have prior stand-up forklift experience, the ability to obtain forklift certification, and familiarity with warehouse logistics, basic math, and reading comprehension.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating a stand-up forklift (Reach Truck and/or Order Picker preferred).
• Ability to obtain or maintain forklift certification.
• Experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics environment.
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
• Ability to use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up forklifts to transport materials throughout the warehouse.
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products according to procedures.
• Pick and replenish inventory accurately using RF scanners or WMS.
• Verify quantities, labels, and locations for inventory accuracy.
• Assist with receiving, shipping, cycle counting, and inventory control as needed.
