Cera is hiring community carers to support clients in their own homes across South East Essex. The role focuses on helping people recently discharged from hospital with personal care, meals, and medications to aid a smooth recovery.

You can join without prior care experience as full training is provided, with shifts across mornings, days, evenings, and nights. The team offers DBS clearance, a company phone, and a uniform, among other benefits.

The Role: Supporting clients in Hockley, Rochford, Rayleigh and surrounding areas, this is a community-based role, where you will assist with personal care, medication, and meals, visiting people in their own homes and travelling between client visits. For this role, you require a driving licence and access to a vehicle.
