Responsibilities

• Oversee residential re-roof projects from pre-construction through final completion.
• Coordinate roofing crews, subcontractors, materials, deliveries, inspections, and project schedules.
• Communicate regularly and professionally with homeowners regarding schedules, project progress, expectations, and concerns.
• Provide customers with updates throughout the roofing process and respond promptly to questions.
• Conduct pre-job site reviews and verify project scope, materials, access, and jobsite requirements.
• Ensure roofing installations meet company quality standards, manufacturer specifications, applicable building codes, and project requirements.
• Inspect projects throughout installation and identify quality concerns before they become customer issues.
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites, particularly on occupied residential properties.
• Coordinate and monitor crews to ensure projects remain on schedule.
• Verify materials and quantities and communicate shortages or project changes promptly.
• Monitor job progress and communicate issues that could affect scheduling, cost, or customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate required inspections and address corrections when necessary.
• Perform final project walkthroughs and ensure punch-list items are completed promptly.
• Document project progress, jobsite conditions, issues, and completed work with photographs and reports.
• Enforce company safety requirements and OSHA standards.
• Work closely with Sales, Production, Scheduling, Purchasing, and other departments to provide a smooth customer experience.
• Assist with resolving homeowner concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate combines strong residential roofing knowledge with excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. You will oversee re-roof projects from start through completion while serving as a key point of contact for homeowners and ensuring every project reflects our standards forquality, professionalism, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Monitor job progress and communicate issues that could affect scheduling, cost, or customer satisfaction.

Coordinate required inspections and address corrections when necessary.

Perform final project walkthroughs and ensure punch-list items are completed promptly.

Document project progress, jobsite conditions, issues, and completed work with photographs and reports.

Enforce company safety requirements and OSHA standards.

Work closely with Sales, Production, Scheduling, Purchasing, and other departments to provide a smooth customer experience.

Assist with resolving homeowner concerns professionally and efficiently.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Residential roofing experience required.

Previous roofing superintendent, field supervisor, production manager, or similar experience strongly preferred.

Strong knowledge of residential re-roofing practices and roofing systems.

Experience with shingle, tile, metal, and other residential roofing systems preferred.

Strong understanding of roofing installation, tear-off, dry-in, flashing, ventilation, waterproofing, and related components.

Ability to identify workmanship and quality-control issues.

Experience coordinating roofing crews and subcontractors.

Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Ability to travel throughout the Fort Myers and surrounding service area.

Basic computer, smartphone, email, and mobile application skills.
