Serve as a liaison between the prison system and case managers to provide reentry services to adults involved with the criminal justice system, both pre and post-release. Develop individualized employment plans to help individuals overcome barriers and prepare for employment.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct program orientations and individual planning meetings with incarcerated individuals to identify goals and barriers.
2. Ensure clients understand Flying HIGH Inc.'s process and their employment plan post-release.
3. Meet with clients within 72 hours of their release.
4. Utilize financial support services to assist job seekers in overcoming barriers.
5. Collaborate with team members to support client needs and provide supportive services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in social work or criminal justice and relevant experience with adult males involved in the criminal justice system.
• Knowledge of Ohio Risk Assessment System.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Valid Ohio Driver's license.
• Clean Civilian Background Check.
• Post-offer drug and alcohol test.
