Swissport International, a global leader in aviation services, seeks Ramp Agents to provide under-wing ground support, including loading and unloading baggage and cargo, marshalling, water and lavatory servicing.

Qualifications

• Previous ramp experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Good communication skills.
• Language skills.
• Must be able to work in inclement weather.
• Flexible to work on various shifts (days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays).
• Excellent Health & Safety awareness.
• Lift heavy objects up to 70 pounds (32 kilograms).

Responsibilities

• Marshall aircraft during arrival and departure.
• Unload baggage and cargo onto carts/dollies.
• Unload wheelchairs and strollers to designated locations.
• Deliver luggage to claim area and conveyor system.
• Deliver air cargo to appropriate recipient.
• Operate ground support equipment (tow tractors, belt loaders, etc.).
• Report equipment malfunctions to supervisor.
• Comply with security requirements.
