EDS Service Solutions, LLC is hiring an Instant Return (IR) Agent at Raleigh-Durham International Airport. No automotive experience is required as training is provided.

The role offers weekly pay and a fast-paced team environment in a high-traffic airport setting. Responsibilities include reviewing contracts, inspecting returned vehicles, processing damage claims when needed, and helping customers with directions and luggage as required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a driver license.
• Clean Driving Record in the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Review rental contracts with customers and confirm vehicle keys match.
• Inspect returned vehicles for damage, fuel level, and missing items; review the bill and obtain signature.
• Check vehicles for damage and file claims as needed.
• Answer customer questions and provide directions.
• Secure vehicle keys and assist with luggage as needed.
• May move vehicles or act as Gate Keeper for safe rental returns.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and strong communication.

EDS Service Solutions is currently hiring a Instant Return (IR) Agent at Raleigh-Durham International Airport. No automotive experience required — we provide the training!

Duties And Responsibilities

• Interacts with customers to review customer rental contracts, ensure vehicle keys match the rental contract, and show customers their rental vehicles.

• Upon vehicle return, conduct vehicle inspection for damage, fuel level, and lost and found items, as well as a review of the bill and obtain customer signature

• Reviews vehicles for damage upon return, filling out the required claims paperwork (accident/incident report) in a timely and accurate manner when necessary

• Answers customer questions while providing directions when requested

• Secure all vehicle keys

• May be required to assist customers with luggage into and out of the vehicle

• May be required to move vehicles

• May have to assist as a Gate Keeper for safe Rental Return

• Ability to pay attention to detail

• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills required

• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task

Position Details
