EDS Service Solutions, LLC is hiring an Instant Return (IR) Agent at Raleigh-Durham International Airport. No automotive experience is required as training is provided. The role involves reviewing rental contracts, inspecting vehicles on return, and assisting customers with various tasks at the airport.

Pay is $17.00 per hour with weekly pay, and the team emphasizes a fast-paced, supportive environment with opportunities to work with leading rental car companies.

Qualificações

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver license.
• Clean driving record in the past 3 years.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with customers to review rental contracts, ensure keys match, and show customers their vehicle.
• Inspect vehicles upon return for damage, fuel level, and lost items; review the bill and obtain customer signature.
• Review vehicles for damage on return and complete required claims paperwork when necessary.
• Answer customer questions and provide directions as requested.
• Secure all vehicle keys.
• Assist customers with luggage into and out of the vehicle when needed.
• Move vehicles as required.
• May Gate Keeper for safe Rental Return.
• Pay attention to detail.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Show strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

EDS Service Solutions is currently hiring a Instant Return (IR) Agent at Raleigh-Durham International Airport. No automotive experience required — we provide the training!

Duties And Responsibilities

• Interacts with customers to review customer rental contracts, ensure vehicle keys match the rental contract, and show customers their rental vehicles.

• Upon vehicle return, conduct vehicle inspection for damage, fuel level, and lost and found items, as well as a review of the bill and obtain customer signature

• Reviews vehicles for damage upon return, filling out the required claims paperwork (accident/incident report) in a timely and accurate manner when necessary

• Answers customer questions while providing directions when requested

• Secure all vehicle keys

• May be required to assist customers with luggage into and out of the vehicle

• May be required to move vehicles

• May have to assist as a Gate Keeper for safe Rental Return

• Ability to pay attention to detail

• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills required

• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
