Job summary

Platinum Dental Services in Utah is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our full-time team. This role emphasizes clinical autonomy, high-quality patient care, and collaboration with dentists to support lifelong oral health.

Schedule Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM–4:00 PM. We offer up to 30,000 in tuition reimbursement, a $2,500 sign-on bonus, complimentary laser certification, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• Active RDH license in the state of practice or eligibility before start.
• Strong clinical and patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Williness to continue learning and developing professionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care including preventive and periodontal services within scope.
• Perform dental cleanings, scaling and root planing, and other hygiene procedures.
• Assess oral health and identify signs of periodontal disease and other concerns.
• Take dental X-rays and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and personalized treatment recommendations.
• Collaborate with dentists and clinical team on care plans.
• Build strong patient relationships through clear communication and empathy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment with infection control.
• Stay current with dental hygiene techniques, technology, and best practices.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment for exceptional patient experiences.
