Platinum Dental Services is seeking a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) in Colorado Springs to join a supportive team focused on exceptional patient care. The role offers incentives including tuition reimbursement up to $40,000, a $2,500 sign-on bonus, and complimentary laser certification.

Schedule runs Tue–Thu 6:45 AM–4:00 PM and Fri 6:45 AM–3:00 PM, with comprehensive benefits and ongoing education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active RDH license in the state of practice or eligible for licensure
• Strong clinical skills and commitment to patient-centered care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to educate patients and build trusting, long-term relationships
• Attention to detail, organization, and time management
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally
• New graduates encouraged to apply

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care including preventive and periodontal services
• Perform dental cleanings, scaling and root planing, and other approved hygiene procedures
• Assess oral health and identify signs of periodontal disease
• Take dental X-rays and maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and personalized care
• Collaborate with dentists and the clinical team on care plans
• Build strong patient relationships through clear communication and empathy
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe clinical environment and infection control
• Stay current with hygiene techniques and technologies
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment focused on patient experience
