Frontline Source Group is seeking a licensed Dental Hygienist (RDH) in Arlington, VA. The role can start part-time with a clear path to full-time as the practice grows, working Monday–Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with no evenings or weekends.

You will work with an owner-clinician in a modern clinic featuring digital X-rays and CBCT imaging, focusing on patient education, quality care, and collaborative team dynamics.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia RDH license.
• Current VA local anesthesia certification.
• BLS or CPR certification.
• Strong communication with patients and dental team.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Responsabilités

• Perform adult and pediatric dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing.
• Capture and assess digital X-rays and CBCT scans as directed by the dentist.
• Co-diagnose emergency patients with the dentist.
• Manage patient chair time and adhere to scheduling protocols.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health and treatment options.
• Support case presentations and help patients understand treatment plans.
• Follow all infection control and clinical protocols.
• Meet daily and weekly patient care and production targets.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.
