Advanced Oral Surgery & Periodontics in Lakeville, MN is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our periodontal-focused team. This full-time role emphasizes implant maintenance, comprehensive hygiene, and collaboration with our periodontists to deliver exceptional patient care.

You will work a consistent weekday schedule with no evenings or weekends, enjoy competitive pay of $60–$65 per hour, a 4% 401(k) match, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for specialty training and career

Qualificações

• Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Minnesota.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Excellent communication and patient education skills.
• Knowledge of periodontal therapy, preventive care, and oral surgery preparation.

Responsabilidades

• Perform comprehensive oral health assessments, including periodontal charting and diagnostic imaging.
• Provide preventive and therapeutic treatments, such as scaling and root planing, fluoride application, and oral hygiene instruction.
• Educate patients on periodontal health, home care, and treatment options.
• Assist in preparing patients for periodontal and implant surgeries, including reviewing medical histories and explaining pre- and post-operative instructions.
• Opportunities to expand clinical skills through exposure to periodontal and implant procedures.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.
• Support a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment following OSHA and infection control standards.
