This full‑time role offers a 4‑day work week with a schedule that preserves work‑life balance and a competitive compensation package starting at $53/hour, plus a hygiene bonus and a $5,000 sign‑on bonus.

You’ll perform prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing, take digital radiographs, educate patients, and help maintain infection control standards.

Qualifications

• Active MN Dental Hygienist license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.
• Compassionate, professional, and team‑oriented approach.
• Experience preferred but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform dental hygiene procedures, including prophylaxis, scaling, and root planning.
• Conduct comprehensive periodontal assessments.
• Take and review digital radiographs.
• Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment plans.
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly.
