Qualifikationen

• Active RDH license in New Jersey (or state of practice).
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

• Proficient in dental software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft) and digital radiography.

Aufgaben

• Maintain high clinical standards while balancing efficiency and patient comfort.
• Support a preventive-care model focused on early detection and long-term outcomes.
• Perform comprehensive periodontal evaluations and risk assessments.
• Identify and document periodontal disease accurately and ethically.
• Educate patients on oral-systemic health connections and preventive care.
• Review and update patient medical histories in the dental software.
• Follow sterilization, infection control, and OSHA protocols.
• Promote same-day treatment and assist with treatment coordination.
