Smile Brands Inc. in Maryland is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to elevate clinical impact.

Full-Time or Part-Time options are available, with a schedule of Monday–Friday 8–5 at our Maryland practice. You’ll work with a strong clinical support team, deliver high-quality hygiene care, educate patients, and participate in treatment planning alongside doctors who value your input and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Licensed Dental Hygienist (or graduating soon) with focus on high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Enjoy educating and connecting with patients; time and support to do it right.
• New grad or experienced clinician; mentorship and team support available.
• Value a collaborative, respectful environment where clinical judgment is trusted.
• Prioritize patient safety and standard care practices (CPR cert or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality care without feeling rushed; perform thorough cleanings and preventive care.
• Build meaningful patient relationships through education and coaching.
• Collaborate as a clinical partner; work with doctors on co-diagnosing and planning treatments.
• Create a comfortable patient experience from start to finish.
• Work with modern tools and equipment; receive ongoing support to maintain skills.
