Lennox is seeking a detail‑oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support operations with routine clerical tasks, verify goods, pack items, and record shipments. This hourly, non‑exempt role offers overtime opportunities and a path for growth within a global HVAC leader.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with basic reading, writing and math, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Under close supervision, performs routine manual and clerical duties to assist within shipping and receiving areas.
Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be able to follow established procedures. Requires basic reading, writing and numerical ability. Valid driver’s license with good driving record may be required. Effective verbal communication skills. Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Compensation: This is an hourly non‑exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $21.46 – $24.85/hour. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market, and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).
