The Dental Office of Lakewood is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to support dentists in delivering timely, high-quality dental care. You will assist with patient preparation, x-rays, intra-oral imaging, and chair-side support to promote efficient treatment and positive patient experiences.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean, sterile environment, educating patients on oral health, and adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to high school diploma or GED with state-mandated certifications/licensing.
• Certifications/licenses/registrations as mandated by state (e.g. radiograph exposure).
• Associate degree or 1-year certificate from a college/technical school; or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist dentist to gain patient commitment for best treatment with urgency.
• Participate in Perfect Patient Experience by addressing patient needs and concerns.
• Maintain clean, sterile environment and prepare patients for treatment; assist doctors for efficient care.
• Under dentist direction, take x-rays and intra-oral pictures as appropriate.
• Instruct patients on postoperative and general oral health care; support diagnosis.
