Kendall Woods Dental in Boerne, TX is seeking a motivated Registered Dental Assistant to join our patient-centered team. You will prepare treatment rooms, assist chairside, sterilize equipment, take radiographs, educate patients, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited dental assisting program.
• Active.RDA certification/licensure as required by state law.
• CPR/BLS certification current and valid.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms and patients for dental procedures.
• Assist the dentist chairside using four-handed dentistry techniques.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments, equipment, and operatories.
• Take dental radiographs and impressions as directed by the dentist.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and postoperative care instructions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update charts in the practice management system.
• Monitor inventory and inform Clinical Lead or Office Manager of supply needs.
• Follow OSHA, CDC, and HIPAA protocols to ensure patient and team safety.
• Support a team-first culture and uphold Squire Dental’s values in every interaction.
