JWCH Institute, Inc. is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to support dentists in delivering primary dental care at the JWCH Dental Department. The role emphasizes chairside assistance, infection control, radiographic imaging, and patient education.

Candidates should be a graduate of a CA Board-approved RDA program with active licensure, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, and a commitment to community-based care within a multi-clinic setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Active Class A driver’s license.
• Graduation from a California Board-approved RDA educational program.
• RDA licensure by Dental Board of California.
• Completion of CA Dental Board Act course.
• Radiation Safety Certificate.
• 8-hour Infection Control course per California Dental Board guidelines.
• CPR/BLS certification from AHA.

Responsabilités

• Assist dentists in four-handed dentistry and chairside support.
• Prepare treatment procedures per protocols and dentist's instructions.
• Take digital radiographs and intraoral photos per state regulations.
• Perform delegated procedures such as impressions, temporary crowns, sealants, and coronal polishing.
• Maintain Dental Department equipment and supply inventories.
• Ensure patient records are properly filed and managed.
• Support front office tasks as needed to improve patient flow.
