Continental Group Sector ContiTech in Winchester, VA, seeks a Lab Tech II to execute accurate lab trials, document results, and develop product constructions in the lab within time, quality, and cost constraints.

The role requires about 3 years of lab/R&D experience, a High school diploma or GED, and the ability to work safely and independently while collaborating with R&D, Operations, Purchasing, and lab contacts.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

• Education / certification: High school diploma or GED required for the Lab Tech II skills-matrix target; background in chemistry education/apprenticeships a plus

• Professional experience: approximately 3 years of relevant laboratory, R&D, product-development, testing, or manufacturing-support experience, consistent with the Lab Tech II role

• Able to work safely and independently on defined laboratory tasks while interacting with R&D, Research, Operations, Purchasing, and laboratory contacts.
