Job summary
Intermountain Health Park City Hospital in Park City, UT seeks a Registered Dietitian Specialist to join our integrated nutrition team, spanning inpatient clinical nutrition and outpatient lifestyle medicine. You will provide evidence-based medical nutrition therapy and nutrition support with autonomy.
The role offers collaboration with physicians, nurses, pharmacists and wellness staff, plus a schedule featuring full-time weekdays and potential virtual visits; compensation includes a sign-on
Qualifications
- Master’s degree by an accredited university (for graduates after Jan 1, 2024).
- ACEND accredited Didactic Program in Dietetics required.
- State licensure or certification requirements must be met within 6 months of hire.
Responsibilities
- Inpatient: conduct nutrition assessments, use NCP, diagnose malnutrition, and manage nutrition support plans.
- Outpatient: provide Medical Nutrition Therapy for lifestyle, weight, and metabolic health.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and culinary services.
- Participate in quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives.
- Deliver patient education and support across inpatient and outpatient settings.
