Job summary

Complete Care Management is seeking a Registered Dietitian (RD) for a Long-Term Care setting. This role is 4 days per week with some travel may be required, focusing on resident nutrition plans and collaboration with care teams.

You will assess nutrition needs, coordinate with nursing, dietary, and therapy teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and educate staff and families.

Qualifications

• RD certification required.
• 1+ year healthcare or LTC experience preferred.
