Job summary

DiningRD is seeking a registered dietitian to provide on-site consulting across assisted living and behavioral health facilities. You will perform quarterly visits focusing on food safety audits, dining observations, and nutrition referrals for high-risk residents, with a flexible schedule and strong team support.

The role emphasizes collaboration with clinical teams, education, policy development, and adherence to local and federal regulations, offering competitive pay and growth opportunities

Qualifications

2 years of consulting experience preferred.
Experience in Long Term Care preferred.

Responsibilities

Ensure meals meet high nutritional standards in collaboration with the clinical team.
Provide nutrition education and contribute to nutrition assessments with input from the dining manager.
Develop and guide policies for dining services, including sanitation and regulatory compliance.
Train and mentor dining managers and staff on nutrition best practices.
