What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Drive new business development across clearinghouse EDI credentialing and full Revenue Cycle Management services
  • Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound efforts, referrals, and industry events
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and closing
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on solution design, implementation, and client success

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle sales
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs in a competitive healthcare environment
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce for pipeline management and reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of equivalent experience in healthcare revenue cycle sales
  • Deep knowledge of extended business office functions and Health System Revenue Cycle operations
  • Recognized authority or thought leader in the healthcare RCM industry
