Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of RCM projects from kickoff through closeout.
• Drive aggressive timelines and remove blockers while escalating risks early.
• Lead cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, RCM, Leadership, Vendors) with authority and clarity.
• Establish project governance, decision frameworks, and accountability structures.
• Develop detailed project plans, track milestones, dependencies, and critical path.
• Use metrics and dashboards to drive transparency and performance.
• Manage stakeholders and vendors, including onboarding and performance oversight.
• Conduct clear, concise project meetings with agendas and follow-ups.
• Identify, assess, mitigate RAID risks; escalate critical issues with options.

This role requires someone who thrives under pressure, takes full ownership of outcomes, and can confidently drive teams, timelines, and decisions across cross‑functional stakeholders.This is not a coordinator role. The successful candidate is decisive, execution‑focused, and comfortable holding teams accountable while managing multiple priorities in parallel. The RCMPM will report to and receive direction from the Enterprise Product Manager.
