Pay Range: $22-$26 Hourly

Position Summary
This role involves managing duties such as Collections, Billing, Benefits Verification, and ad hoc projects. The specialist will serve as the point of contact for issue resolution on designated accounts, support problem-solving for high-dollar A/R accounts, and collaborate on revenue cycle improvements.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Training

• High School diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in patient accounts, BV, or collections within Major Medical Specialty Pharmacy infusion collections.
• Familiarity with AR and healthcare operational systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of authorization, appeal processes, and AR collection procedures.
• Experience with billing and foundation assistance applications.
• Ability to multitask, problem solve, and improve team communication.

Essential Job Duties

• Coordinate and track payer-related projects and initiatives.
• Assist with project implementation, escalations, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Work with stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Train and mentor team members on payer workflows and systems.
• Communicate project updates and represent Orsini professionally.
• Support ad hoc assignments and cross-departmental projects.
• Troubleshoot payer and reimbursement issues collaboratively.
