Job summary

Cherokee Strategic Solutions, part of Cherokee Federal, is seeking a Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) Maintenance Developer to support US Coast Guard HM&E systems. The role involves performing RCMA, developing MPCs, and building MRL/LOEP pages in accordance with current guides and MIL standards.

Requirements include a relevant engineering degree, 3+ years in maintenance planning/analysis, 6+ years in HM&E maintenance development, and the ability to obtain/maintain SECRET clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, Logistics Management, Maintenance Management, Systems Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in maintenance planning, analysis, procedure development, or related activities.
• Six (6) years of experience in USCG or DOD HM&E maintenance development.
• Current RCM Level-II Maintenance Analysis Certification or ability to obtain within six months.
• Familiar with SFLC Process Guides/Desk Guides listed in the job ad.
• Ability to pass a background investigation and obtain CAC; SECRET clearance upon direction.

Responsibilities

• Perform RCMA in accordance with MIL-STD-3034 (Navy).
• Develop MRL, LOEP and MIPs per USCG direction.
• Develop HM&E MPCs for Coast Guard publication readiness.
• Support CG-22 RCMA, MPC development, and updates.
• Attend meetings and conferences as required.
