Job summary

Cherokee Federal is seeking a Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) Maintenance Developer to perform RCMA and MPC development for USCG HM&E systems. A SECRET clearance or ability to obtain one is required.

This role involves developing MRLs, LOEPs, and MPCs following Coast Guard processes and guides. Responsibilities include RCMA per MIL-STD-3034, supporting CG-22 processes, attending meetings, and leveraging the Coast Guard’s MPC development framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years in maintenance planning/analysis or related activities.
• 6 years USCG/DOD HM&E maintenance development experience.
• Hold current RCM Level-II Certification by USCG/NAVSEA or obtain within 6 months.
• Familiar with SFLC/LCIR, CGTO maintenance process guides and MPC development guides.
• Able to pass NACI background check and obtain CAC; SECRET clearance possible.

Responsibilities

• Perform RCMA per MIL-STD-3034 for USCG HM&E systems.
• Develop MRL, LOEP and MIPs per CG guidance.
• Develop HM&E MPCs using Coast Guard processes.
• Support CG-22 through RCMA, MPC development and updates.
• Attend meetings and briefings.
