RCM ANALYST
Must be RCM level I and II certified with 5 yrs experience performing RCM development and review.
Purpose:
Valkyrie Enterprises has an immediate need for a Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) Analyst who will play a pivotal role in supporting a new acquisition Planned Maintenance System (PMS) contract for Valkyrie Enterprises. This position ensures the effective management and delivery of programmatic and technical support to achieve mission success.
Job Description:
- Define, oversee, and manage tasks, deliverables, and scope assignments across the program team.
- Perform RCM development and reviews for both Level I (backfit) and Level II (classic) as required.
- Attend and contribute to PMS meetings, working groups, and regular status meetings with government technical points of contact.
- Develop and provide program and technical support inputs for PMS Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs).
- Provide regular updates on tasking status to the prime contractor and the customer to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Prepare, update, and deliver program briefs, reports, and performance metrics as needed.
- Identify, analyze, and support risk management efforts to mitigate potential challenges or project impacts.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical issues within the team or with the customer to maintain seamless operations.
- Oversee the Quality Assurance (QA) process to ensure all products meet or exceed customer expectations prior to delivery.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 15 yrs experience in PMS acquisition processes and risk management practices supporting government acquisition programs.
- Must be RCM level I and II certified with 5 yrs experience performing RCM development and review.
- Demonstrated ability to manage scope, develop program deliverables, and provide risk management support.
- Experience working with government technical teams and understanding government contracting processes.
- Familiarity with QA processes and CDRLs.
- Proficiency in developing briefs, reports, and metrics using tools such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Leadership skills to guide teams and resolve technical issues collaboratively.
- Strong attention to detail with organizational and prioritization skills, capable of handling multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Security Requirements:
- Must have an Active DoD Secret security clearance and the ability to maintain it.
Travel Requirements:
- Occasional travel; 10% or less.
- Ability to obtain and maintain appropriate identification credentials, such as REAL ID, for travel or access to secure facilities.
Physical Requirements:
- Remaining stationary, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
- Moving about to accomplish tasks or move between worksites.
- Communicating with others to exchange information.
- Repetitive motions involving wrists, hands, or fingers.
- Light work, including moving objects up to 20 pounds.

$75,000 - $80,000 per year
