A leading crop insurance provider is seeking a Crop Claims Field Adjuster I responsible for conducting field inspections, ensuring compliance with regulations, and assisting farmers with claims. The ideal applicant will have a high school diploma, some agricultural experience, and must acquire relevant certification within 180 days of hire. This role is home-based, with expected travel within Ohio counties.
Zurich is currently looking for a RCIS Crop Claims Field Adjuster I to join our Rural Community Insurance Services (RCIS) team. RCIS is one of the leading crop insurance providers in the U.S. RCIS offers insurance protection in all 50 states through a national network of about 3,600 licensed agents.
Zurich/RCIS is currently looking for a Crop Adjuster to work out of the state of Ohio. This incumbent will work from a home-based office. This position is scheduled to work 40 hours per week. Approximately 50% travel is expected to cover the territory.

As a Crop Adjuster, your primary responsibilities will include: completing field inspections and related responsibilities, conveying complex regulations and interpretations to claimants, performing fact-finding regarding crop damage, and ensuring legal compliance.
