Silvercrest of Urbana in Urbana, Ohio, is seeking compassionate Resident Care Assistants (RCAs) to join our team. If you have a passion for helping seniors live with dignity, independence, and purpose, we'd love to meet you.

We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities with a welcoming, supportive environment. As an RCA, you will assist with daily living activities, support mealtimes, observe changes, and work closely with nurses to provide outstanding resident care.

• Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required—we are happy to train the right candidate!
• Must meet all state requirements for employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help residents safely transfer and ambulate.
• Support residents during mealtimes and encourage proper nutrition and hydration.
• Observe and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team to provide exceptional resident care.
