Job summary

Viva Senior Living at Oak Ridge in Oak Ridge, TN is seeking a compassionate Resident Care Associate to assist residents with daily living activities, monitor health and safety, and help maintain a warm, safe environment.

You will work a full-time schedule of three 12-hour shifts weekly, with every-other-weekend rotation. You will collaborate with nursing staff to ensure resident comfort and wellbeing.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Resident Care Associate (RCA) to join our assisted living community in Oak Ridge, TN. The RCA will provide quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Work Schedule

• Full-time position
• 3 days per week, 12-hour shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Half shift will be: 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM or 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM
• Every other weekend rotation required
