Responsibilities

1. Provide friendly, courteous, and efficient food and beverage service to all guests, including cleaning and setting up tables and performing other food service duties.
2. Clean, set, and reset tables continuously, managing your station and side duties effectively.
3. Serve water, bread, and coffee, and greet guests by name whenever possible during meal service.
4. Act as a Food Runner when necessary.
5. Stack trays properly for efficient unloading and maintain safety standards at all times.
