DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a Reconditioning Center Administrator to manage vendor relationships, process invoices, and ensure repair quality across the center. You will handle repair orders, validate vendor work, and own facility invoices, coordinating with national vendors to keep payables accurate.

The role requires strong communication skills, a high attention to detail, and the ability to work with diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication, follow-up, and follow-through skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assign sublet repairs with all vendors.
• Arrange transportation for off-site repairs.
• Communicate quality and timing expectations to vendors.
• Review completed vendor work for accuracy and quality.
• Process and approve sublet invoices, ensuring correct pricing.
• Apply vendor invoices to repair orders for close-out.
• Manage labor and parts coding for repair orders.
• Oversee tire orders, including processing and payment reconciliation.
• Collaborate with national vendors to manage outstanding invoices.
• Communicate issues with sublet vendors to Inspection Center General Manager or Recon Managers.
