Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. This role supports independence and positive behavior through evidence-based interventions and direct involvement in care plans.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, a genuine passion for helping children with Autism, and a commitment to a 6-month engagement. Paid training is provided and part-time opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and help children with Autism.
• Patience and compassion for clients and families.
• RBT certification required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Be an integral member of the clinical team implementing skill-building plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and communicate with families.
