Job summary

An educational institution located in Atlanta, Georgia, is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct behavioral support services to children under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The successful candidate will implement individualized behavior intervention plans, collect data on student progress, and assist children in developing essential skills in a positive learning environment. Knowledge of ABA principles and an RBT certification are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB.
• Experience working with children with autism, behavioral challenges, or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one behavioral support to children.
• Collect accurate data on student behaviors and progress.

Skills

Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles

Education

High school diploma
