Job summary

Apex ABA Therapy in North Carolina is hiring both full-time and part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required or in process.
• Experience with autism and developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong data collection and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA-based behavior management techniques.
• Assist in development and implementation of care plans.
• Provide direct patient care using behavioral therapy methods.
• Work with individuals on ADLs, document progress, ensure HIPAA compliance.
