Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to provide in-home, school, or community ABA services with flexible part-time schedules that can grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

We offer mentorship, ongoing training, and opportunities to advance from RBT to BCBA as part of a supportive team focused on improving outcomes for children with autism and related developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
