Job summary

Heartland ABA in Colorado seeks enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients\' homes or community settings. These part-time roles start with a six-month commitment and include paid training to help you grow.

You will join a supportive clinical team, record session data, and assist clients in developing independence through evidence-based interventions. RBT certification is required before working.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
