Job summary

ABA Squad is a high-quality, ethically-driven ABA clinical company providing services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Our services include ABA therapy, social skills groups, school-readiness preparation, tutoring, early literacy training, and parent and professional training.

We are seeking a part-time RBT in the St. Louis area who can implement clinical programs, collect data, and train families under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• RBT certification current or willingness to obtain (ABA Squad covers costs).
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Valid driver's license and personal auto insurance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team-oriented, dependable, and adaptable.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Implement all clinical programs as assigned by the supervising behavior analyst.
• Create program materials as needed.
• Collect and graph data for reductions and acquisitions.
• Train parents on behavioral protocols and model procedures when necessary.
• Submit written documentation in accordance with insurance guidelines.
• Attend therapist trainings and team meetings.
