Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in the St. Louis area to deliver one-on-one ABA services and support children with Autism. The role offers flexible scheduling, the option to work from home or in clients' homes across service states, and a strong emphasis on professional growth and CEU resources.

New hires receive paid training, a supportive clinical team, and opportunities for advancement within a nationwide network of BCBAs and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, directly implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Services provided in clients' homes or community-based locations.
