Job summary

ABA Squad is seeking a part-time RBT to support children with autism and developmental disabilities in in-home, in-clinic, and school-based settings around St. Louis, MO. You will implement programs, collect data, and educate parents under supervision.

Certification or willingness to obtain it is required, with costs covered by the company. Applicants should have experience with children, reliable transportation, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification in good standing OR willingness to obtain certification (costs covered).
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and personal auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Implement clinical programs as assigned by supervising behavior analyst.
• Create program materials as needed.
• Collect and graph data for reduction and acquisition behaviors.
• Train parents on behavioral protocols and model procedures.
• Submit written documentation per insurance guidelines.
• Attend therapist trainings and team meetings.
