Job summary

ABA Squad in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Part-Time RBT to implement clinical programs, develop materials, collect data, and support families. You will work in-home, in-clinic, and school settings, under BCBA supervision, with potential for advancement.

Ideal candidates hold a current RBT certification or are willing to obtain it (ABA Squad covers costs). A valid driver's license and comfort with computers are required; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification in good standing OR willingness to obtain certification (ABA Squad will cover certification costs)
• Experience working with children preferred
• Valid driver's license and personal auto insurance
• Ability to operate computers, electronic devices, and office/clinical equipment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Team-oriented, dependable, and adaptable
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a changing environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Implement all clinical programs as assigned by the supervising behavior analyst
• Create program materials as needed
• Collect and graph data for all reduction and acquisition behaviors
• Train parents on behavioral protocols and model procedures when necessary
• Submit written documentation in accordance with insurance guidelines
• Attend therapist trainings and team meetings
