Job summary

Massillon City Schools in Massillon, Ohio seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement behavior plans and data collection under BCBA supervision. The role supports students with disabilities across classrooms, following district policies and Ohio operating standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher required.
• Minimum of two years of successful experience in programs involving students with disabilities and behavioral supports.
• Demonstrated skill in oral and written communication.
• Valid Ohio COBA license through the Ohio Board of Psychology.
• Experience in program development and program coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Behavior Analyst/staff in conducting functional behavior assessments.
• Conduct reliability checks with classroom staff regarding delivery of token systems and other behavior systems.
• Conduct fidelity checks to ensure proper implementation of behavior and instructional procedures.
• Input and analyze behavior data using the recommended database system.
• Maintain and record behavioral and instructional data timeliness and accuracy.
• Assist in development and implementation of student training materials and daily living activities.
