Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings in Iowa. Part-time positions offer flexible scheduling and paid training to support skill development in autism care.

You'll work with a clinical team to implement evidence-based interventions, record session data accurately, and help clients build independence while collaborating with families for meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
