BK Healthcare Management is seeking registered behavior technicians to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes across Iowa. You will join a clinical team, implement care plans, and track progress using electronic records.

Training is provided, and part-time shifts are available to fit your schedule. Ideal candidates are patient, compassionate, and eager to make a difference for children with Autism.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Patience and compassion with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as a core member of the clinical team and implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
